If your new system was purchased from ourselves within the last year (3 months for a second user system) will be covered by our hardware warranty. We will replace any faulty hardware on your system and make no charge to you. If you require on site support or software support, this is available at an extra cost. If your system is not covered by our warranty, we will still be happy to help. Our engineers can quickly diagnose any problems with your system and will contact you to discuss the options available to you before repair work commences. Depending on the fault on your system, we aim to repair your system within 2 working days. Our engineers are able to diagnose and repair hardware faults on most hardware currently in use as well as covering most operating systems including Windows (all versions), Linux and Unix. While your system is in for repair, it will remain in our alarmed workshop until collection or delivery occurs, ensuring your system and its data remains secure at all times. |
